Apple seems to underestimate the iPhone 4 antenna issue significantly – the first class action lawsuits have already been filed.

According to Gizmodo, Apple insiders acknowledge that the software “fix” promised will not do much:

Gizmodo (not surprised) is reporting being told that the new iOS4 update will not fix the iPhone 4 antenna issue after making 3 calls to Apple Care about voice quality and dropped calls as well as problems with internet access.

I have to admit that I am interested to see how this will play out – stay tuned for further info as we get it!
